Minital.Studio is a design-led brand based in Greece, creating and selling metal homeware products.
All products offered on this website are sold and shipped from Greece under the company’s registered business name once incorporated.

We take great care to display product details and colours accurately, but minor variations may occur due to lighting or screen differences.
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept secure payments through Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Prices and shipping fees may change without prior notice.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorisation.

4. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an automated email confirming that we have received it.
A binding sales contract is formed only when we send a shipping confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, if payment fails or an item is out of stock).

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 working days from Greece.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and courier.
You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes, which are outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

In summary:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty.

All Minital.Studio products are designed to last. However, small variations or patina may occur naturally over time due to material properties.
We do not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
Installation instructions and care guides are available on our website or via QR code inside the packaging.

All content on this website — including product designs, images, text, and branding — is the property of Minital.Studio.
