Shipping
1. Order Processing
All orders are packed and dispatched from our facility in Thessaloniki, Greece.
Standard processing time: 2 weeks from order confirmation.
During busy periods or product launches, minor delays may occur. If so, we will notify you.
2. Shipping Regions
We currently ship to:

We do not ship to non-EU countries at this time.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size.
Free shipping thresholds (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.
All prices include VAT for EU customers.
4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier performance or regional conditions.
5. Couriers & Tracking
We work with trusted carriers such as UPS and DHL.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
6. Delivery & Risk
All products are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit.
Responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer once the shipment is confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
If a parcel is returned due to refusal, failed delivery attempt, or an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your tracking has not updated and your order has not arrived within 5 working days after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at:
We will open an investigation with the carrier.
If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Returns
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, email hi@minital.studio with your order number.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable unless faulty.
We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
2. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
You are responsible for the item until it reaches us. We recommend using a tracked service.
3. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our side.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the product and packaging.
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
